All statements, warranties, promises, and agreements that by their nature should survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement, including but not limited to terms related to termination or suspension of use, shall continue to be effective after the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
If AuGo.it is unable to perform the Services due to acts of God, government actions, terrorists, civil unrest, war, strikes or other labor disputes, natural disasters, unsatisfactory service from internet service providers, equipment and/or software failures, significant fluctuations in the value of supported specific digital assets, or other reasons beyond AuGo.it's reasonable control (whether similar in nature to the aforementioned reasons or not), AuGo.it shall have no obligation to perform the Services.
